The curriculum of the 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training is very extensive. We will offer an elaborate study during this course. Subjects such as Yoga, philosophy, anatomy, yoga asana, pranayama, meditation, and more. Every day, you will have the opportunity to teach in small groups. This will allow you to grow in your understanding and skills of yoga. On top of that, you will grow into a professional and confident yoga teacher.

During the Morning Satsang, we will create the habit of starting the day with meditation and pranayama. Mantra’s and vocal training will also be part of these classes. The goal is to create a morning routine to start the day in a relaxed and balanced manner.
How to Teach
This three hour lasting class will offer you the necessary skills and knowledge to teach professional yoga classes. You will learn the theory behind the asanas. We will discuss topics such as alignment, benefits, variations, corrections and much more. Every day, you will practice teaching in small groups. This will provide you with the required experience and confidence to develop into a professional and independent yoga teacher.

Philosophy - Anatomy - Extras
During the philosophy classes we will discuss the origin and development of Yoga. And of course, its philosophy will be taught in great length.
The theory classes and group discussions will offer you a proper understanding of the true meaning of Yoga. They will stimulate personal reflection and help you to apply the yoga philosophy in your own life. We will look beyond the original ancient theory, and relate this to our modern society. The classes will allow you to grow as a yoga teacher, and as a yoga practitioner.

These classes offer a better understanding of the anatomy and physiology of the physical body. We will discuss the effects and benefits of the asanas on the body and mind. Thanks to these classes you will get an in-depth knowledge of the physical body and the asanas. As a result, you will have the know-how on how to effectively and efficiently offer variations to your students. This will allow you to offer safe and professional classes, with maximum benefit for your students.

- Respiratory system – physiology of breathing and the importance of proper breathing for energy and vitality
- Hormonal system – the correlation between glands and chakras

How to start your own Yoga studio/yoga classes:
We will be spending this time on the practical side of owning a Yoga studio/teaching yoga classes. What to know before starting? How to lay a solid foundation right from the start? Region check and many more topics will be treated. We will also share our knowledge on how to avoid common start-up mistakes and pitfalls. This will save you from unnecessary headaches and allow you to start your journey with a smile on your face. Our aim is to help you create a Yoga Studio and yoga classes offering a center of tranquility and peace where people gladly return for personal development.
This time will be used for your personal and spiritual growth. Also, we will use this time to expand your knowledge about Hatha Yoga by introducing extra subjects like Kriya’s and Pranayama.

Every day, we will practice Hatha Yoga asana. This will improve your body awareness and body control. It will also allow you to take your practice to a more advanced level. In the meantime, you will create the habit of a daily asana practice.
We will start at entry level and gradually work our way up to a more advanced level. Having an advanced level of practice is not a requirement to participate in the course. Each student will receive personal guidance and we will always offer variations. We will stimulate you to push your limits in a safe and responsible manner. People are capable of so much more than they realize. That is what we will encourage you to experience for yourself.
It is very important to properly end a day full of insights and knowledge. Therefore, we will conclude our days with an Evening Satsang. We will use this time to truly wind down through meditation, pranayama exercises and more. Sometimes, we will also conclude the day with activities such as evening walks, chanting mantras, Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra. The goal of the Evening Satsang, much like the Morning Satsang, is to create an evening routine that concludes your day as peaceful as possible.
